I recognize the time of my clients and myself is valuable and have implemented these policies for this reason.

LATE POLICY

15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment is no longer guaranteed. If it is 15 minutes after your scheduled time and your appointment is still available, you will be charged a late fee of $20.

CANCELLATION

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance, and I’ll be more than happy to help you reschedule/cancel the appointment if you need! If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment you will be charged half of your service at your next appointment.

NO-SHOW

If you no-show or no-call your appointment (no cancellation), you will be charged half of your service cost to be able to rebook your next appointment.
